Feeling uninspired with your after-yoga snacking? Us too! And that’s when we tend to overindulge in other options!
We just recently hosted two amazing health coaches, who brought their yummiest recipes, tricks and tips that wowed us… and we ate ALL the food they brought! We absolutely had to share all this knowledge with you all!
1/2 cup GF rolled oats1/2 cup almond butter (Justin’s is my fav!)1/2 cup cashew butter (Justin’s too!)A spoonful of coconut oilA handful of shredded coconutA handful of semi-sweet chocolateA handful of dried cranberriesTablespoon of hemp seeds1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds1 drop of dōTERRA Cinnamon essential oil1 drop of dōTERRA Cardamom essential oil
1/4 cup of water
- Let the mix sit in the fridge to harden for 20 minutes
- Take out and roll into balls (if too crumbly, add more water…if too sticky, add more oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, cranberries)
- Put back in the fridge until ready to serve
4 Honey Crisp Apples, thinly sliced4 drops dōTERRA OnGuard essential oil4 drops dōTERRA Lemon essential oilEnough water to cover all ingredients
- Soak in water for 15-20 minutes
- Remove apples and enjoy
- Water is drinkable too!
